The Chase Mobile app is a mobile banking application designed to allow Chase customers to access their accounts and manage their finances anytime, anywhere. Using the app, users can view account balances, transfer funds, pay bills and deposit cheques, among other features. The following are guidelines on how to use the Chase Mobile app.

Adding the app.

The first step in using the Chase Mobile app is to add it to your mobile device, which is available for free on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Once you've done so, open it and sign in with your Chase Online Banking username and password.

Account overview.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Account Overview page. Here you can view your account balance, account history and any upcoming payments or transfers. You can also add new accounts or delete old ones from this page.

Transferring funds.

To make a transfer, select the "Transfer" tab at the bottom of the screen. You can transfer funds between Chase bank accounts or to other banks. To make a transfer, select the account you want to transfer money to, select the account you want to transfer money from and enter the amount you want to transfer. You can also arrange future transfers or recurring transfers.

Paying bills.

To pay a bill using the Chase Mobile app, select the Payments and Transfers tab at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can add new recipients, view your payment history and make payments. To make a payment, select the payee you want to pay, enter the payment amount and then select the account you want to pay. You can also schedule future payments or recurring payments.

Deposit cheques.

The Chase Mobile app allows you to deposit cheques from your mobile device using the app's mobile deposit feature. To deposit a cheque, select the Deposit tab at the bottom of the screen, select the account you want to deposit the cheque to and take a picture of the front and back of the cheque. Follow the prompts to confirm the amount and submit the deposit.

Alerts.

The application also allows you to set up alerts to notify you of important account activity, such as when a payment is due or when your account balance falls below a certain amount. To set up an alert, select the 'More' tab at the bottom of the screen and then select 'Alerts'.

Security.

The Chase Mobile app uses a variety of security features to protect your account information, including fingerprint or facial recognition login, password login and the ability to temporarily lock your account in the event of fraud or suspicious activity. It is important to ensure that your login credentials are secure and never shared with anyone.
